Truss Frames

Engineered for exceptional strength and longevity, American Muscle Docks steel truss frames are constructed from sturdy 1.5" x 1.5" x 3/16" steel angle, strategically separated by 1/2" diagonal round bar to create a highly rigid box frame structure. For added reinforcement, corner gussets are incorporated at all four top corners.

These frames are designed for easy assembly and customization, featuring prepunched holes along the sides and ends to facilitate seamless side-to-side and end-to-end connections using standard 1/2" x 1.5" hex head bolt sets (sold separately). The top of each frame is also prepunched, providing flexibility for attaching your decking either directly to the frame or via optional nailer strips. This design allows for versatile decking options to suit your specific needs.

Who Choose Our Frames?

We use more steel and more welds than our competitors. All corners and structural areas of our dock truss frames are designed for maximum strength. Instead of cheapening out on metal or using less effective welding techniques such as edge or butt-welding, our corners are mitred and seam-welded to create a rigid box frame that is superior in strength. These quality differences are easily recognizable when compared to other steel truss docks or aluminum truss dock frames out there. We build to last!
