How do I use the dock builder?

Use the tool on a desktop or laptop in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. It is not optimized for phones.

Is the pricing accurate?

The prices shown are estimates based on your design and chosen materials. Final pricing may differ once we add actual shipping costs, special fabrication, or necessary adjustments.

What materials can I choose?

Design with Steel Truss, Southern Yellow Pine, Reinforced Polymeric Frame, and Steel Channel Frame dock options.

Can I get a quote on my design?

Yes, hit “Request Quote” in the tool. We review your layout and provide a custom quote for your dock and shipping.

How do I access saved designs?

Log into your account with your email and password and visit the Projects section to find saved dock designs.

Why won’t the tool let me build a certain dock layout?

The designer enforces real engineering and installation rules on how sections can join. If something seems wrong, contact us and we’ll help.

Is there a cost to use the Dock Designer?

No. It’s completely free to use, save designs, print them, or request a custom dock quote.

Can I use this to help receive a dock permit?

Yes, you can print the .PDF version and add to your submittal for a permit. Showing the total size, lengths, and widths of the total dock footprint is what most permits require.
