IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO TO UNDERSTAND
*Please note that all shipping lines are third party companies and AMDF has no affiliation with and cannot be held responsible for their actions of any kind. Any changes to destination (and/or) uncommunicated delivery constraints by you may result in a fee in which you will be back charged for. AMDF also cannot be responsible for any additional charges, change in delivery time, and all other factors dealing with shipping line.
UPS Ground Delivery (brown truck) - Please note that with this choice of delivery, once the product is on the ground the delivery is considered complete. It is not the responsibility of the shipping line to unload, or move, the delivery to your desired location. It will be your responsibility to move the product from the curb to the desired location.
UPS LTL Truckload Delivery (box truck or flat bed) - Please note with this option a liftgate is optional and must be ordered ahead of time to allow shipment to be lowered to the ground. If no liftgate is ordered it is your responsibility to get the shipment from the back of the truck to the ground. If a liftgate is ordered delivery is considered complete when the shipping line gets the delivery to the ground. It is not the responsibility of the shipping line to unload, or move, the delivery to your desired location. It will be your responsibility to move the product from the curb to the desired location. Shipping line is not responsible to help unload shipment from truck, they are simply responsible to get shipment to the back of the truck, or if lift gate is contracted, then to get shipment to the ground. Any extra time involved because you are not prepared for offloading shipment may incur a fee in which you will be back charged for.
Please make sure you carefully inspect your order on delivery. If you find any damaged or missing product, note this on the carrier's waybill and notify us within (5) days of delivery. This will allow our claim’s department to try to resolve any delivery issues on your behalf. If damages are not noted to carrier, or if delivery is delivered without signature, then we have very limited ability to fight against the shipping line on your behalf.
You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to change of delivery address, limited access constraints, or rescheduling of delivery appointment.
